Key Responsibilities
• Manpower Fulfillment:
• Identify, recruit, and deploy housekeeping staff to fulfill vacant positions at client sites.
• Coordinate with clients to understand specific staffing requirements and ensure timely placement.
• Staff Supervision and Coordination:
• Conduct site visits to oversee housekeeping operations and ensure staff performance meets quality standards.
• Address and resolve any staff-related issues or grievances promptly.
• Recruitment and Training:
• Collaborate with HR to source and interview candidates for housekeeping roles.
• Provide initial orientation and on-site training to new recruits.
• Client Interaction:
• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries related to staffing and performance.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of staff deployment, attendance, and performance.
• Generate regular reports for management on staffing status and site operations.
• Compliance and Standards:
• Ensure all deployed staff adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular audits to verify compliance with housekeeping service standards.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
