• Supervise housekeeping/Security teams across assigned locations.
• Recruitment of site staffs as per the requirement.
• Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to the required standards.
• Conduct periodic refresher training to improve performance.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
• Identify and address areas needing improvement.
• Client Coordination.
• Reporting & Documentation.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Knowledge of housekeeping/security equipment and cleaning techniques.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
