Job Role - Modern trade ( Field Sales )Location - BangaloreQualification & Work Experience :- Graduate or MBA degree in Sales or Marketing- Experience in Modern Trade with exposure to handling distributors, direct chains and cash and carry chains will be preferredKey responsibilities :- Drive Secondary sales target through regular interactions with key retail chains in assigned territory- Systematically analyse various data & reports available in the system to derive insights and drive plan of action- Ensure superior in store execution by driving key metrics on assortment , share of shelf- Ensure superior service to the retail chains by ensuring on time replenishment (fill rates)- Ensure timely configuration of promos and schemes on Distributor Management System (ref:updazz.com)
