Job Description
At the moment, the main tasks of our field officers include collecting repayments for the small group loans we provide. Additionally, if they have some knowledge of the responsibilities of a branch manager in the Nidhi sector, they can also be considered for a branch manager position. In that case, the salary will be determined based on the scope of work.
