Job Title: Field Officer (Cable Industry)

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Field Officer to join our team in the cable industry. The Field Officer will be responsible for overseeing field operations, ensuring that cable installation, maintenance, and service activities are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Inspections: Conduct on-site assessments to ensure compliance with technical standards and customer requirements for cable installations and repairs.
• Installation & Maintenance: Supervise and assist with cable installations, repairs, and maintenance at customer locations, ensuring timely and quality service delivery.
• Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any operational or technical issues that arise during field operations, ensuring minimal disruption to service.
• Customer Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on-site, providing technical support and ensuring customer satisfaction with services provided.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and inspections. Provide regular reports on project progress and any issues encountered.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure that all work is conducted in compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in cable or telecommunications preferred
• 2+ years of experience in cable installation or field operations
• Strong troubleshooting and technical skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Willingness to travel to customer sites

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,926.10 - ?20,669.92 per month
