Job Summary:
The Field Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through direct interaction with potential clients and customers in the field. This role involves actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and representing the company's products and services professionally and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Identify and pursue new sales leads through various channels including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
3. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand market trends.
- Monitor competitor activities and market conditions.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams regarding customer needs and industry trends.
4. Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
5. Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other internal stakeholders to achieve company goals.
- Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a field sales or outside sales role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to visit Customers regarding
Owning a personal bike is required.
