Job Description

We are a company specializing in the manufacturing and marketing of herbal and food products, including oils, powders, soaps, and other FMCG items. We are currently looking for Salespersons to promote and sell these products in the Dammaiguda, Nagaram, and Kushaiguda, ECIL, Secunderabad and Hyderabad regions.

Position : Field Sales and Marketing Executive

Location : Dammaiguda, Nagaram, Kushaiguda region

Experience : Freshers are welcome to apply

Job Details :

- Working Hours : 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

- Salary : ?8,000 - ?15,000 (Fixed, based on experience and targets)

- Incentives : Performance-based incentives up to ?6,000

- Job Type : Target-based sales role

Key Responsibilities :

- Handle direct sales to both B2C and B2B customers

- Generate new leads and business prospects

- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline

- Build strong customer relationships and meet sales targets

- Act as a sales agent for our products in the region

Requirements :

- Good understanding of the regional market, including shops, businesses, and establishments

- Own vehicle for commuting

- Ability to sell products directly and meet sales targets

- Prior experience in FMCG or herbal products is a plus
