Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Executive to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field marketing, excellent communication skills, and a keen understanding of the marble industry. This role involves extensive fieldwork to promote our marble products, engage with clients, and support our sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute field marketing activities to promote RMS Stonex's marble products.

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities in the Jaipur region.

- Develop and maintain relationships with local builders, contractors, designers, and architects.

- Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and events to showcase our products.

- Distribute marketing materials and product samples to prospective clients.

- Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information about the features and benefits of our marble products.

- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and convert them into sales.

- Gather feedback from clients and prospects to improve marketing strategies and product offerings.

- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Field Marketing Executive or in a similar role, preferably in the marble or construction industry.

- Strong understanding of field marketing techniques and strategies.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

- Proficiency in using marketing and CRM software.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the Jaipur region.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?27,955.88 per month
