The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills. Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with prospective clients.
  • Maintain consistent contact with existing clients.
  • Manage sales pipeline.
  • Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages.
  • Proactively identify and evaluate new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Research organizations and individuals to identify potential clients and partners for business development activities.
  • Onboard approximately 4,000 coaching institutes across Delhi within the assigned Areas, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with coaching and execute end to end sales closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships and business growth.
  • Achieve regular weekly targets of onboarding coaching and sales generation
  • Research potential new revenue generation techniques and efficiently execute them.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Develop marketing plans and budgets aligned with company objectives.
  • Recruit and hire top-tier Sales Executives to ensure a consistent flow of revenue and meet company targets.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company\'s products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
  • Regularly participate in training sessions and fieldwork to stay updated on industry best practices and maintain a strong market presence.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that products and services align with customer needs and expectations.
  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant tools and metrics.
  • Generate regular reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven improvements.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices.
  • Effectively manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to drive individual and team success.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Education domain experience is a must.
  • Leadership and team management experience is a plus.
  • Field meetings, and onboarding clients in North, West, East & South Delhi.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Salary: 16,000.00 - 33,000.00 per month Benefits:
