•Job Summary: •
•The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities•
•And managing relationships with existing clients in an insurance broking company.•
•This role involves identifying client needs, providing tailored insurance solutions, and•
•Achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of•
•Insurance products and excellent communication and negotiation skills.•
•Key Responsibilities: •
•1. New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to•
•expand the client base. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and•
•industry segments. Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads and•
•convert prospects into clients.•
•2. Client Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with•
•existing and potential clients. Understand clients' insurance needs and provide•
•appropriate solutions. Regularly meet with clients to review their insurance coverage•
•and address any concerns.•
•3. Sales Process Management- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact•
•to closing the sale. Prepare and present insurance proposals and quotations to•
•clients. Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and underwriters to secure•
•Favorable deals.•
•4. Teamwork-Work closely with the underwriting and claims departments to ensure•
•seamless service delivery. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop•
•promotional materials and campaigns. Participate in team meetings and contribute to•
•sales strategy discussions.•
•5. Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client•
•interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software. Prepare regular sales reports•
•and forecasts for the Sales Manager. Analyze sales data to identify trends,•
•opportunities, and areas for improvement.•
•6. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes,•
•and new insurance products. Participate in training and development programs to•
•enhance skills and knowledge. Provide feedback on market conditions and client•
•needs to support product development.•
•Qualifications -Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field.•
•Strong knowledge of insurance products and services. Excellent communication,•
•negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft•
•Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proven track record•
•of achieving sales targets.•
•Customer Focus: Committed to providing excellent service and building long-term•
•relationships. Effectively conveys information and persuades clients.•
•Negotiation: Skilled in negotiating terms and closing deals.•
