Position: Field Marketing Executive

Location: Trivandrum, Kerala, India.

Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time

Salary: ? 13000 to ? 20000 + Incentive

About the Role:

We're looking for a dynamic Field Marketing Specialist to drive brand awareness, engage customers, and generate leads through in-person events, activations, and local campaigns. If you're outgoing, creative, and love connecting with people, this is the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

? Plan and execute local marketing events, pop-ups, and promotions

? Represent the brand at trade shows, festivals, and community events

? Generate leads and build relationships with potential customers

? Distribute marketing materials (flyers, samples, merchandise)

? Gather customer feedback and insights to improve campaigns

? Collaborate with sales and digital marketing teams for cohesive strategies

? Track and report on campaign performance and ROI

Requirements:

? 1+ years in field marketing, brand ambassadorship, or sales (preferred but not required)

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

? Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

? Willingness to travel locally and work flexible hours (weekends/evenings as needed)

? Basic knowledge of social media and marketing tools is a plus

? Reliable transportation (if required for travel)
