Job Summary :

• Responsible for driving foot traffic and increasing sales through effective promotional strategies and customer engagement.
• Involves creating an inviting atmosphere, executing marketing initiatives, and fostering positive relationships with customers to enhance the store's brand presence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement in-store promotional activities and events, including sales, special offers, and product demonstrations.
• Set up and maintain attractive displays and signage to highlight current promotions and new arrivals.
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing information on products, promotions, and store services.
• Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to enhance their shopping experience.
• Actively promote products and services to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer preferences and needs.
• Gather and report customer feedback to management to help refine promotional strategies and store operations.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to suggest improvements and new promotional ideas.
• Assist in managing promotional inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels for promotional items.
• Process transactions and handle cash/register duties accurately.
• Work closely with store staff to ensure smooth execution of promotional activities.
• Share insights and suggestions for enhancing store performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications :

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional marketing or retail certifications are a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage customers and build rapport.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
• Proficiency in using POS systems and other retail software.
• Attributes:

• Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
