KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify and target potential customers in the construction, events, and industrial sectors
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
• Conduct site visits to understand customer needs and promote generator rentals
• Create and execute customized marketing plans to reach new customers
• Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into rentals
• Gather market intelligence and competitor information
• Organize and participate in trade shows, events, and product demonstrations
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
ESSENTIAL SKILL
• 2+ years of experience in field marketing, sales, or business development
• Proven track record of success in a similar industry (equipment rental, construction, etc.)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Valid driver's license (if applicable)
DESIRABLES SKILL
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Knowledge of the generator rental industry or equipment rental market
• Familiarity with local market trends and regulations
