Join our team as a Sales and Marketing Executive, where you will play a crucial role in expanding our market reach and enhancing brand presence. This position involves strategic sales initiatives, developing marketing inputs based on on-ground experiences, and managing customer relationships to foster business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
• Develop and implement field marketing plans to achieve sales goals.
• Identify and engage potential clients through on-site visits and product demos.
• Generate leads and build partnerships at local events.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align efforts.
• Track performance and provide customer feedback.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Experience in field marketing or sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel and meet sales targets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

• Overtime pay

Experience:
