Urgent Opening for Field Marketing Executive in leading Real Estate Company in Chennai Position Name : Field Marketing executive Qualification : Any Degree Experience : 1+ yrs Industry : Real Estate / Constructions Salary : Negotiable Location : Guindy, Chennai Roles & Responsibilities: Devising a highly efficient real estate marketing strategy Overseeing the progress of our advertisement campaign and sales activities Monitoring the housing and property markets to identify potential leads Maintaining contact with our clientele by sending them newsletters and updates Cooperating with current business partners on potential projects Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals Experience in Leading a Team and Ensuring the Set Objectives are Achieved
