Job Overview:

Seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Marketing Executive to join in Patna. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, face-to-face environment and enjoys engaging directly with students, educational institutions, and other stakeholders. You will be responsible for driving our brand presence and generating leads through on-the-ground marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement field marketing strategies to promote study abroad services.

Maintain Data and report on field marketing activities, including lead generation, event outcomes and feedback from potential clients.

Conduct on-site visits to schools, colleges, and educational fairs to present our services and engage with potential clients.

Build and maintain relationships with key contacts at educational institutions.

Organize and host workshops, seminars, and informational sessions to attract students interested in studying abroad.

Distribute marketing materials and ensure visibility at relevant locations and events.

Gather and analyze feedback from field activities to refine marketing strategies.

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of field activities with overall marketing goals.

Report on field marketing activities, including lead generation, event outcomes, and feedback from potential clients.

Qualifications:

Candidates should have 1-5 years of relevant experience.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience in a field marketing or sales role, preferably in the education sector.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences.

Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Self-motivated and able to work independently while also being a team player.
