Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving student admissions through proactive door-to-door marketing and promotional activities. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and a commitment to achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door marketing to promote Narayana E-TECHNO School and its educational offerings.
• Engage with parents and guardians to discuss the benefits of enrolling their children in our school.
• Organize and participate in local events, fairs, and community activities to promote the school.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local communities, organizations, and influencers to enhance visibility and attract potential students.
• Prepare and distribute promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and banners.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to track leads and assist in the enrollment process.
• Gather feedback from prospective parents and students to improve marketing strategies.
• Report on marketing activities, outcomes, and feedback to management regularly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in field marketing, sales, or education sector is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
• Proficient in using MS Office and basic marketing tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
