Field Marketing Activities:
Competition Care is seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in promoting our educational services and driving student enrollment through on-ground marketing activities. This position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on our brand visibility and growth in the competitive examination coaching sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute field marketing campaigns to promote Competition Care's coaching services.
• Distribute promotional materials (brochures, flyers, posters) in targeted areas.
• Organize and participate in events, exhibitions, and seminars to showcase our offerings.
Lead Generation:
• Identify and interact with potential students and their guardians to generate leads.
• Collect and report feedback on the effectiveness of promotional activities.
Collaboration and Coordination:
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align field activities with overall marketing strategies.
• Coordinate with local vendors for promotional material printing and distribution.
Market Analysis:
• Conduct market research to understand competitor activities and market trends.
• Provide insights on customer needs and preferences based on field interactions.
Reporting:
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on marketing activities and lead generation.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in field marketing or similar roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the designated area.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Probation Period:
• The initial probation period will be 3 months.
• Performance during this period will be evaluated based on target achievement and the quality of field marketing efforts.
