• Achieving monthly sales objectives, volume targets, and operational KPIs.
• Supervising and supporting the field/sales team to drive execution and market penetration.
• Managing and optimizing the distribution/retailer channel.
• Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring seamless operations.
• Conducting regular market visits, promotional campaigns, and business growth activities.
• Ensuring adherence to sales processes, reporting structures, and compliance requirements.
