Job Description

1. Conducting Inspections and Assessments

• Perform on-site inspections to evaluate compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
• Examine equipment, facilities, and processes for safety, quality, or operational efficiency.
• Inspect workspaces or environments for health and safety hazards.

2. Documenting Findings

• Record observations, measurements, and evidence during site visits.
• Prepare detailed reports, including findings, non-compliance issues, and recommendations for corrective actions.

3. Ensuring Compliance

• Verify adherence to applicable laws, industry standards, and organizational guidelines.
• Identify violations and provide guidance on corrective measures.

4. Interacting with Stakeholders

• Communicate findings and recommendations to site managers, team leads, or other stakeholders.
• Serve as a liaison between the organization and regulatory agencies when necessary.

5. Providing Expertise

• Offer technical advice or training to field staff or stakeholders to improve compliance.
• Suggest process improvements based on inspection results.

6. Following Protocols and Guidelines

• Adhere to inspection protocols, checklists, and safety procedures.
• Stay updated on changes to regulations, standards, or organizational policies.

7. Responding to Complaints or Incidents

• Investigate complaints, accidents, or incidents reported at the site.
• Collect evidence and report findings to relevant authorities or management.

8. Using Technology and Tools

• Operate inspection tools and equipment (e.g., meters, cameras, or drones).
• Use software applications for data collection, analysis, and report generation.

9. Maintaining Records

• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of inspections, violations, and corrective actions.
• Archive reports and evidence for future reference or legal purposes.

10. Driving Continuous Improvement

• Analyze trends or recurring issues from inspections to identify systemic problems.
• Collaborate with teams to implement long-term solutions.
