: Field Intern (B2B Collaboration)

Location: Patna, Bihar

Internship Type: Part-time, Field Role

Stipend: Performance-based

Duration: 3 months

About the Role:

We are seeking dynamic and motivated field interns based in Patna who can drive B2B collaborations by engaging directly with local businesses. The ideal candidate will walk into businesses offline, present proposals, and successfully secure partnerships or sign-ups within the given framework. Comprehensive guidance and training will be provided. This is a part time internship for individuals passionate about sales, networking, and learning the nuances of business development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Field Visits:

• Visit businesses across Patna as per the daily/weekly schedule.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with decision-makers (owners/managers).

2. Proposal Presentation:

• Effectively communicate the value proposition of the collaboration.
• Explain the benefits, terms, and conditions of the proposal to businesses.

3. B2B Collaboration:

• Build strong relationships with business owners to secure sign-ups.
• Follow up on leads and ensure the completion of partnership formalities.

4. Target Achievement:

• Meet or exceed assigned targets within the given timeframe.
• Ensure accurate documentation of signed proposals.

5. Reporting and Feedback:

• Submit daily/weekly progress reports to the team lead.
• Share insights, challenges, and suggestions for improvement based on field experience.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confidence to approach and interact with businesses.
• Negotiation and persuasion skills to secure partnerships.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic knowledge of Patna's geography and local business landscape is preferred.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a degree program (any field).
• Fluency in Hindi and basic English communication.
• Access to a smartphone, Laptop and willingness to use it for work-related purposes.
• Availability for a part-time (4-5hr/day) field role in Patna.
• Possessing good personality for b2b communication.
