Job Requirements
Roles & Responsibilities:
• SIL assessment/verification for Safety Instrumented functions
• Experience of Control Systems, Vibration Monitoring Systems, Bentley, Barun etc.
• Familiar with ISA, IEC, IEEE, NEMA, AGA, ASME, CE and others related standards.
• Hazardous Area Classifications, ATEX, IP ratings.
• HAZOP, LOPA & Function Safety
• Good understanding of Engineering Drawings and Documentation like P&ID, C&E Diagrams, Data sheets, Loop Diagrams, Logic Diagrams, Control system Architecture drawings etc.
• Experience in reviewing vendors /sub-vendor technical drawings/documents.
• Experience in selection and sizing of field instruments, control systems as per the process requirements.
• Control Valves sizing, selection
• Function Testing and calibration of all the field instruments (Process and Fire & Gas) both Conventional and smart type.
• Knowledge/Experience in various DCS, PCS7/T3000, Fire & Gas detection system.
Work Experience
Qualifications & Experience
• Experience in Energy/Power / Oil & Gas.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical, Instrumentation (or related field)
• At least 6-8 years' experience in Industrial Automation & controls engineering
