Position Overview:
The Field Inspector will be responsible for conducting comprehensive inspections of E-Rikshaw and
Driver's property to assess their condition and ensure compliance with loan requirements and
company standards. This role involves traveling to various locations to gather information and
provide detailed reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site inspections of residential and commercial properties as part of the Lease approval
process.
- Evaluate the condition of properties, including structural integrity, safety, and compliance with
applicable codes and regulations.
- Document property conditions with detailed reports, including photographs and written
observations.
- Verify property details, such as ownership, occupancy, and property usage.
- Assess and report on any discrepancies or issues that could impact the loan process or property
value.
- Communicate findings to loan officers, underwriters, and other stakeholders in a clear and timely
manner.
- Ensure that all inspections are conducted in accordance with company policies and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and related documentation.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in property inspection, real
estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in property inspection or a related role, such as real estate appraisal or
construction.
- Strong understanding of property evaluation, building codes, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in using inspection tools and technology, including cameras and reporting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise reports.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple inspections efficiently.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between inspection sites.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification from a recognized inspection or appraisal organization.
- Familiarity with loan processing and underwriting procedures.
- Experience with specific property types, such as commercial real estate or high-value residential
properties.
