Responsibilities:
• Field Recruitment: Actively visit beauty schools, job fairs, and other locations to recruit talented salon staff, including stylists, estheticians, and support staff.
• Onboarding: Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training.
• Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
• Compliance: Ensure all HR policies and procedures comply with employment laws and regulations.
• Payroll and Benefits: Manage payroll processing and employee benefits programs.
• Performance Management: Develop and implement performance evaluation processes and career development programs.
• Training: Organize and conduct training sessions to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
• Records Management: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
Requirements:
• Experience: Previous HR experience, preferably in the beauty or service industry.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge: Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Field Work: Willingness to travel and actively recruit candidates in the field.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office.
