Job Title: Field Executive (Telecom Industry)

We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Field Executive to join our Telecom Industry team. The Field Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our telecom services by conducting various field activities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of telecom operations and demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting site surveys and assessments to identify telecom infrastructure requirements.
• Installing, configuring, and testing telecom equipment such as antennas, routers, and switches.
• Performing routine maintenance checks on telecom equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshooting technical issues related to telecom services and providing timely resolutions.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to coordinate field activities and resolve complex issues.
• Conducting quality checks and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Providing technical support and guidance to customers regarding telecom products and services.
• Documenting field activities, including installation reports, maintenance logs, and service tickets.
• Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines while working at heights or in hazardous environments.
• Keeping abreast of new developments and technologies in the telecom industry and sharing knowledge with team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in telecom field operations or a similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge of telecom systems, including GSM, CDMA, LTE, and VoIP.
• Proficiency in using telecom tools and equipment for installation and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with customers and team members effectively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various locations as required.
• Certifications in telecom-related disciplines (e.g., CCNA, CWNA) preferred but not mandatory.
• Flexibility to work outside regular business hours and respond to emergency calls if needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
