Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for Field Executives at Tata Motors located in Tirupati. Field Executives will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including customer engagement, sales and marketing activities, vehicle delivery, and after-sales service support. They will also be responsible for maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Experience in sales and marketing is preferred
- Basic knowledge of automobile technology and industry trends
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Flexibility and willingness to travel as required
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
