Responsibilities: 1. Client Consultation: \xe2\x97\x8b Conduct site visits to assess the feasibility of solar installations and gather necessary data. \xe2\x97\x8b Provide detailed consultations to clients, explaining the benefits of solar energy, system options, and the financial incentives available. 3. Sales Presentations: \xe2\x97\x8b Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients. \xe2\x97\x8b Use visual aids and technical data to support the value proposition of solar energy solutions. 4. Quoting and Proposals: \xe2\x97\x8b Create accurate and competitive quotes and proposals based on client needs and site assessments. \xe2\x97\x8b Present and explain proposals to clients, addressing any questions or concerns. 5. Negotiation and Closing Sales: \xe2\x97\x8b Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close sales effectively. \xe2\x97\x8b Ensure contracts are signed and processed accurately and promptly. 6. Relationship Management: \xe2\x97\x8b Build strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat business. \xe2\x97\x8b Provide after-sales support to address any issues or concerns and ensure the \xe2\x97\x8b successful installation of solar systems. 7. Qualifications: \xe2\x97\x8f Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business, Marketing, Bachelor of Engineering [BE] (Electrical Engineering) or a related field is preferred. \xe2\x97\x8f Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry. \xe2\x97\x8f Skills: \xe2\x97\x8b Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. \xe2\x97\x8b Strong negotiation and closing abilities. \xe2\x97\x8b Ability to understand technical aspects of solar energy systems. \xe2\x97\x8b Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently. \xe2\x97\x8b Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. \xe2\x97\x8f Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license and the ability to travel to client locations.
