Key Responsibilities
:
Client Relationship Building
:
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with current and prospective clients.
Conduct regular field visits to meet property owners and decision-makers, understand their needs, and offer tailored property management solutions.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding promptly to inquiries and addressing concerns effectively.
Sales Presentations & Property Tours
:
Present and explain the company's property management services to potential clients through property tours.
Demonstrate the benefits of the company's offerings, such as leasing, tenant management, and maintenance services.
Assist clients in evaluating the value of property management services for their specific needs.
Negotiating & Closing Sales
:
Negotiate and finalize agreements with new clients, ensuring that all terms and conditions are clearly understood and agreed upon.
Close sales by securing new property management contracts and services for the company.
Meet KPIs set by management.
Market Research & Competitive Intelligence
:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies.
Reporting & Administrative Duties
:
sales reports - including details of prospects, meetings, and sales progress.
Ensure that all sales processes are followed, including managing contracts and required documentation.
Customer Support & Problem Solving
:
Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle and beyond.
Address any post-sale issues or concerns and work with other teams to resolve them effectively.
Qualifications
:
Education
: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in any field.
Experience
: Freshers or 2-3 years of experience in sales is a plus.
Skills
:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships and engage with clients in a consultative manner.
Proven ability to close sales and achieve targets.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Additional Requirements
