Job Description



Key Responsibilities:



1.

Payment Collection:



- Visit clients at their premises as per the schedule to collect payments.

- Ensure all collections are recorded accurately and receipts are provided to clients.

- Handle cash, checks, and other forms of payments securely and responsibly.

2.

Client Relationship Management:



- Maintain positive and professional relationships with clients.

- Address client inquiries and concerns regarding their accounts or payments.

- Provide information and assistance regarding payment methods and due dates.

3.

Reporting and Documentation:



- Ensure all collected payments are deposited in the company's account promptly.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

4.

Coordination and Communication:



- Coordinate with the accounts and finance team to reconcile payments.

- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding collection status.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?8,904.63 - ?17,000.00 per month
