Field Executive - Sales Department (Banking/ Loan Domain)

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting daily field visits, identifying potential customers, and building strong relationships to drive growth. This role requires a self-motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Field Visits: Conduct daily field visits to meet potential clients, explain Loan products and services, and convert leads into customers.
• Customer Acquisition: Identify and onboard new customers, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
• Market Research: Collect and analyse market data, competitor information, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide excellent after-sales support.
• Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the organization.
• Documentation: Assist customers in completing application forms and ensure the submission of accurate documents.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity and performance reports to the Sales Manager.
• Compliance: Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements during field activities.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.
• Familiarity with banking products and services is a plus.
• Mobility: Must be willing to travel extensively for fieldwork.
• Other Requirements: A valid driver's license and access to personal transportation is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
