A Field Executive is a role which involves exposure to all elements of data collection processes through training, coaching, on-the-job learning of basic data collection methodology. This includes field surveys, telephone, online and mail services.
• Conduct effective market research or client satisfaction surveys via mail, telephone or in-person.
• Abide by the quality excellence procedures and apply them effectively, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
• Learn and demonstrate industry and client understanding while effectively maintaining client relationships within the organisation and with external suppliers.
• Promote a strong spirit of collaboration and teamwork within the business area, and across the organisation.
• Get the sale using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc)
• Forecast sales, develop out of the box sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
• Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships
• Meet personal and team sales targets
• Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
• Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
• Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
