Job Summary:

The Marketing Sales Field Executive will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, promoting products or services, and achieving sales targets. The role involves on-field marketing and direct interaction with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting the best solutions.

• Identify potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and marketing.

• Conduct regular field visits and meetings with prospective clients to pitch the company's products/services.

• Promote and demonstrate the features and benefits of the company's products/services to potential clients.

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.

• Gather market intelligence on competitor products and consumer demands to refine marketing strategies.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

• Prepare and submit sales reports, customer feedback, and market analysis to the management team.

• Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in field sales or marketing, preferably in a related industry.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the local language and English.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to close deals effectively.

• Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

• Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office, and other digital tools for sales and reporting.

• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

• Ability to work independently, stay motivated, and manage tasks effectively while on the field.

Salary: 10k to 15k

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?10,000.00 per month
