Roles and Responsibilities
• Conduct field visits to potential and existing clients to promote Hemocean's services
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and field activities
• Collaborate with the internal team to strategize and implement field campaigns
• Address client queries and concerns promptly and effectively
• Generate reports on field activities and client feedback for management review
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing and promotional events
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance service delivery
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships
