Job Location: Eye Mantra Hospital, Noida/ Gurugram / Paschim Vihar Delhi
Reports To: Marketing Manager / Regional Sales Manager

Position Summary:

As a Field Executive Marketing / Medical Representative (MR) at Eye Mantra Hospital, you will play a key role in driving the hospital's marketing and sales efforts, focusing on building relationships with medical professionals, clinics, hospitals, and potential patients. You will be responsible for promoting Eye Mantra's services, conducting outreach activities, and generating new patient leads.

The ideal candidate will have a background in medical sales or healthcare marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for promoting healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote Eye Care Services:
• Promote and market Eye Mantra's ophthalmology services to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and diagnostic centers within the assigned territory.
• Highlight the hospital's specialties in eye care, including LASIK, cataract surgery, retina care, pediatric ophthalmology, and other advanced eye treatments.
• Act as the liaison between Eye Mantra Hospital and local healthcare professionals, ensuring they are aware of the hospital's offerings and referring patients when necessary.
• Build and Maintain Relationships:
• Establish strong relationships with general practitioners, ophthalmologists, optometrists, and other healthcare providers to generate referrals.
• Meet with medical professionals to educate them about Eye Mantra's services, ensuring they understand the quality of care we provide.
• Regularly visit local hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers to create awareness about Eye Mantra's advanced treatments.
• Lead Generation and Conversion:
• Generate new patient leads by organizing and participating in local health camps, awareness drives, and outreach programs.
• Identify and follow up on potential leads through referrals and direct marketing efforts.
• Convert leads into appointments and consultations by promoting the benefits of the services offered by Eye Mantra.
• Market Research and Reporting:
• Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities for growth, competitive trends, and customer preferences.
• Monitor and report on competitor activities and market trends in the ophthalmology space.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, lead generation, client feedback, and patient conversion metrics.
• Brand Awareness:
• Represent Eye Mantra Hospital in the local community and at medical events, conferences, or seminars.
• Assist in organizing marketing campaigns, health camps, and awareness programs that promote eye care and hospital services.
• Distribute promotional materials, brochures, and other marketing collateral to target audiences.
• Patient Interaction and Education:
• Directly interact with potential patients to educate them about Eye Mantra's offerings and the importance of eye health.
• Provide accurate and informative answers to patient queries regarding procedures, pricing, and hospital services.
• Work closely with the hospital's customer service and consultation teams to ensure a seamless experience for patients referred by doctors.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience:
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in medical sales, marketing, or healthcare-related field (preferably in ophthalmology or healthcare services).
• Experience in field marketing or direct sales is preferred.
• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field (MBA in Marketing or Sales is a plus).
• Skills:
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and patients.
• Knowledge of ophthalmology and general healthcare services is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to conduct health awareness programs and presentations.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in the field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
