We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Field Sales Executive to join our team and play a key role in the growth of our Electric Vehicle (EV) charging station business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, and building strong relationships with businesses and organizations in need of EV charging infrastructure. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of the green energy revolution and contribute to the transition to electric mobility.

Key Responsibilities :

- Client Acquisition : Identify and target potential clients including commercial properties, retail locations, corporate offices, parking lots, and other businesses that may require EV charging stations.

- Lead Generation : Proactively generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies. Develop a strong sales pipeline and follow up on all prospects.

- Sales Presentations & Negotiations : Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to educate potential clients about the benefits of EV charging stations and convert leads into sales.

- Relationship Building : Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

- Market Research : Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position and sell EV charging solutions.

- Collaboration : Work closely with the internal sales and technical teams to ensure smooth project implementation and to address client needs.

- Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in CRM software. Provide regular updates to management on progress towards sales targets.

- Client Support : Offer after-sales support and ensure clients are satisfied with the installation and operation of the EV charging stations.

Qualifications :

- Proven track record of successful field sales experience, ideally in energy, infrastructure, or technology sectors.

- Strong understanding of the electric vehicle market and EV charging station technology is preferred.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and collaborate effectively across departments.

- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in selling infrastructure solutions or green energy products.

- Knowledge of sustainability trends and EV market growth potential.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

Pay: ?9,426.40 - ?20,000.00 per month
