Industry Type: Recovery & Collection Department: Banks\xe2\x80\x99& NBFC Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: Recovery & Collection Position Overview: You will be a key player in to recover unpaid debts from customers or borrowers of personal loans as a Tele Collection Associate. You will be in charge of getting in touch with borrowers, responding to their questions, and seeing to the prompt repayment of outstanding debts. Key Responsibilities: Field Collections: Initiate contact with clients who have overdue payments and maintain regular follow-ups to recover outstanding debts. Customer Communication: Effectively communicate with clients to understand their financial situations and negotiate repayment plans. Documentation:Ensure accurate record-keeping of all communication and payment arrangements with clients. Compliance:Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and company policies while conducting collections activities. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a courteous and professional manner. Reporting:Prepare and submit regular reports on collection activities, including progress and challenges faced. Qualifications: Previous experience in tele - collection is required in a recovery collection agency. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Good understanding of debt recovery processes. Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment. Proficiency in using computer applications like MS Excel. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
