Job Description
We are urgently hiring for below position:Location- Pune (Narayangaon), Delhi (Palla Alipur), Himachal Pradesh (Solan), Rajasthan (Nawalgarh)FIELD EXECUTIVE:Work closely with the network farmers and manage day to day operations with respect to aligned procurement plan.Responsible for monitoring of disease prevention plans / quality improvement / yield improvement plans.DEMO FARM COMPOSTING:
- The role is responsible for all operations related Inputs and compost.
- Production planning for inputs, labour management, compost raw material collection plan, composting will be the key deliverables.
- Manage collection center operations (rural location).
- This includes receipt of vegetable produce from the contract farmers, cleaning and sorting / grading process and dispatching to customers.
- The incumbent will also be responsible for planning of day to day coordination with sales team, manpower planning and logistics, managing direct reports and review of daily metrics.
