- Identify relevant data sources, both primary and secondary for the Company\'s research needs.
- Conduct-in-depth research and market survey for all the Company\'s needs across data sources, mediums and channels.
- Manage database and ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
- Build information networks and develop business relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Any other related tasks assigned to you from time to time.
- Required Field Survey Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of MS Office - especially MS Excel.
- Should have good communication skills and high energy.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel as per the project requirement.
- Real Estate Industry knowledge is necessary.
