Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Client Acquisition: Responsible for acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and expanding existing client relationships.

Commercial Property Leasing & Sales: Focus on leasing and selling commercial properties to potential clients.

Client Needs Assessment: Identify customer needs, assess their requirements, and provide leasing options suited to their risk appetite and business goals.

Target Achievement: Responsible for achieving monthly sales targets set by the organization.

Reporting: Provide regular updates to your immediate supervisor on client interactions, progress, and market feedback.

Field Work: This is a completely field-based role, requiring travel to meet clients and generate business.

Skills and Knowledge Required:

Graduate or Post-Graduate in any discipline

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with a passion for sales and marketing

Ability to work in a target-driven environment
