- Master the art of Property Inspections with enthusiasm and sharp eye for details
- Carefully record and document each and every item found within the property with detailed clarity.
- With your impressive ability to coordinate tasks, conduct smooth and synchronized move-in and move-outs.
- Fluency in Reading and Writing in English is a must
- Knowing Kannada and Hindi (preferably both) is a plus. Easy communication with our diverse tenants will promote an inviting and inclusive atmosphere.
- A bike is an absolute must to kickstart this journey.
