We are seeking a motivated Field Executive to conduct on-site visits, engage with customers, and oversee field operations. This role requires a self-starter who is comfortable working independently and interacting with clients face-to-face. The Field Executive will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, conducting surveys, closing sales, or managing deliveries and field services depending on the nature of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to engage with customers, partners, or vendors as per company objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and site visits.
• Execute sales, marketing, or operational activities as instructed, such as setting up product displays, handling inquiries, and distributing promotional materials.
• Gather and report customer feedback, competitor activities, and market trends from the field to improve company offerings and strategies.
• Meet and exceed set field targets, including sales, lead generation, or service delivery.
• Manage day-to-day field operations, ensuring timely completion of tasks like customer deliveries, installations, or field surveys.
• Ensure smooth coordination between the field and internal teams (such as operations, marketing, and customer support).
• Maintain records of daily activities, visits, and progress reports for management reviews.
• Resolve customer issues in the field, escalating complex problems to the relevant teams when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bcom Degree is preferred
• Proven experience in field work, sales, marketing, or customer service roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers.
• Ability to work independently and travel frequently as per business needs.
• Proficient in using mobile apps, field management tools, and MS Office.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
