Key Responsibilities:

• Install and commission products at client sites, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to technical specifications.
• Provide timely and effective technical support to clients, addressing and resolving issues related to products. This may involve on-site visits, remote assistance, and phone/email communication.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, collaborating with the technical team to find solutions and implement fixes.
• Conduct training sessions for clients on the use and maintenance of products, ensuring a thorough understanding of the technology.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure the longevity and reliability of installed systems.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports, customer communication, and equipment specifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and product development, to provide feedback on product performance and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Operate and pilot unmanned aerial vehicles to execute assigned missions.
• Conduct pre-flight checks to ensure the proper functioning of UAV systems.
• Monitor and manage flight parameters during missions to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand mission objectives.
• Develop and implement flight plans to achieve mission goals.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with aviation regulations.
• Utilize UAV systems to collect accurate and high-quality data for various applications.
• Troubleshoot and address technical issues that may arise during data collection.
• Ensure data integrity and reliability for analysis and reporting purposes.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations governing UAV operations.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with flight operations.
• Implement emergency procedures when necessary to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.
• Provide regular updates on mission progress and address any issues in real-time.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor''s degree in aviation, aeronautical engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Field Engineer or similar role.
• Strong technical skills in UAV operation and servicing.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
• Proven experience as a Field Engineer with a track record of successful missions.
• Knowledge of UAV systems, equipment, and associated technologies.
• Understanding of aviation regulations and compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to adapt to changing mission requirements and environmental conditions.
