Our services include farms, fresh produce, learner-centric activities, and curated nature experiences. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Field Engineer for Urban Farms Udaipur. The Field Engineer will be responsible for design and delivery of our farm projects. In addition, the Field Engineer will work on developing practical solutions to improve field operations efficiency and field productivity. On a daily basis, the role would also involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our farming equipment and systems. The Field Engineer will also be responsible for field service and technical support for our on-site farming equipment, managing projects, and communicating effectively with our team. Qualifications Love of the outdoors and nature is the first and foremost requirement! Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills Previous experience in field service and technical support is preferable, but is not a must! Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects Bachelor\'s degree in Agriculture, Engineering, or related field Knowledge of farming equipment and systems is a plus
