Our technical excellence, holistic approach and the tremendous talent provides a career that puts people who join us at the heart of improving transportation and urban infrastructure efficiency.Understand better who we are by visiting www.systra.in Context:SYSTRA Indiaxe2x80x99s comprehensive know-how and expertise in Railways provides a wide spectrum of solutions for any challenge (Building a new rail link, doubling the capacity, gauge conversion, upgrading a network, improving the performance of existing lines, etc.).Our extensive experience encompasses, bridges, station buildings, Depots, Earthwork & Track Works, Power Supply and Transmission, Signaling & Telecommunications, Rolling Stock, Utilities diversion and yard re-modelling etc. Our services cover the entire life cycle of the project implementation.We are seeking applications for the position of Field Engineer Track for Chattrapati Shivaji railway station redevelopment project based at Mumbai, Maharashtra.The scope of work of this PMS Contract broadly comprises overseeing the execution of various works components related to the Redevelopment of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Railway Station and construction of associated Infrastructure including but not limited to Layout Plans/ Drawings of different proposed structures, Design & Drawing Review, Architectural controls, Quality Assurance, SHE Compliances, Interface Management, Project Progress Monitoring, Invoice Certification, Conservation & Restoration of Heritage Buildings, Vibration, Noise & Acoustics controls for all structures, Installation, Testing & Commissioning and Hand Over etc. Missions/Main Duties:

• Maintenance and inspection of track in a satisfactory and safe condition for traffic.
• Efficient execution of all works incidental to track maintenance, including track relaying works.
• Communicating with team members to ensure that they understand, and become engaged with, the function strategy and business plan
• Mentoring and developing team members, ensuring they are getting professional development to progress through the company
• Maintaining an in-depth and up-to-date understanding of the functionxe2x80x99s clients and the market to be aware of any business opportunities that arise
• Building effective and enduring relationships with other functions, sectors and teams in the region, and external bodies to foster cooperation and to maximise cross-sell and trade up opportunities

Profile/Skills:

• 2 Years with B.Tech in Civil
• At least 1 Years in Similar Experience.
• 1 Years Similar Position/Designation.
