Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Field Engineer to join our team. As a Field Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful deployment, maintenance, and support of our [industry-specific products/services] in the field. Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot our products/services at customer sites and field locations.

• Provide technical support and assistance to customers, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and technicians to coordinate field operations and project timelines.
• Perform site surveys and assessments to gather data and evaluate technical requirements for project planning and execution.
• Document field activities, including installation logs, inspection reports, and service records.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies during field operations.
• Train customers and end-users on the operation and maintenance of our products/services as needed.
• Participate in team meetings, workshops, and training sessions to stay updated with product developments and industry trends.
• Maintain inventory of equipment, tools, and spare parts needed for field operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience as a Field Engineer or in a similar role
• Strong technical skills and hands-on experience
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and field locations as required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Certification or training in relevant technologies or equipment is a plus.
