:Qualification: B.Tech/ Diploma (Mechanical)Skill: Pellet Operation, Grinding Operation, Production ManagementJob PurposeTo play role in execution support by liaising with different internal departments for different areas of Pellet. Monitor process performance, highlight deviations and propose corrective actions through analysis of short to medium term process data.Job Context & Major ChallengesPRO MINERALS PVT LIMITED has been incorporated under Companies Act, 1956 and came into existence with effect from 21-sep-2010. Location is at Village- Basantpur Tehsil-Jhumpura, PS-Bamebari Dist. Keonjhar (Orissa). The Circular Pelletizing Plant is one of its kind & PMPL is worlds 1st to adopt the technology. The design & technology is provided by Primetals GMBH, Austria (Formerly known as SIEMENS VAI).

• Achieving Shift, Day and monthly production target as per plan
• Handling Shift Activity/Operation
• Co-ordinate with other department for smooth functioning
• Ensuring proper data management of Daily activities and subsequent analysis of data to incorporate required changes in process parameters for continual improvement.

Cost control

• Cost Reduction by controlling Specific Oil, Additives consumption
• To monitor the performance and efficiency of equipment for controlling the consumption, better life the power consumption, and also various cost factors including the employed workman man-hours.

Responsible for People Development

• Develop team members through structured training (Classroom, On-job & Outside Exposure) and Job rotation
• Establish performance expectations and Quarterly review individual performance

Safety, Health & Environment

• Promoting best practices in safety, hygiene and environment management. To achieve ZERO accident
• Issuing Work Permit
• Identification of UA/UC
• Promote Safe handling and disposal of Additives.
• Conduct regular internal safety audit.
• Monitor, plan and review for improvement.
• Ensure Proper Area housekeeping, working of all dedusting system.

Planning Daily activities & consumables for Plant Operation

• Additives & consumable planning
• MR & PR generation in SAP
• Monitor, plan and review for improvement.
• Daily shift activity & manpower planning

Responsible for Special Initiatives

• Implementation of Industrial standards like TPM, ISO.
• Leading Development management for new equipment installations & commissioning.

Control Room Operation

• Pellet Plant Control room desk operation
• Monitor & maintain Process parameters
• Basic computer knowledge with MS office
