Field Engineer It Support
Job Description
• Installation and Setup : Install, configure, and set up various IT hardware components, including servers, desktops, laptops, printers, networking devices, and other peripherals.
• Troubleshooting and Repair : Diagnose and resolve hardware issues on-site, ensuring minimal downtime for clients. Perform repairs, replacements, and upgrades as needed.
• Maintenance and Support : Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of IT hardware to prevent potential issues. Provide ongoing support and ensure optimal performance of equipment.
• Customer Service : Interact with clients professionally, addressing their technical concerns and providing timely solutions. Educate clients on best practices and preventive measures.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate records of all service activities, including installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks. Update ticketing systems and provide detailed reports.

Pay: ?84,000.00 - ?120,000.00 per year
