Job Overview:
We are looking for dynamic Field Sales professionals with a proven track record in driving sales through direct customer interactions. This role requires excellent communication, strong negotiation skills, and a solid understanding of sales strategies. Roles and Responsibilities:
The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for:• Conducting field visits to existing customers to explain the company's offerings and explore new order opportunities.
• Meeting 10-15 GST-registered customers daily.
• Managing sales activities in Gurgaon and nearby areas.
• The average traveling per day will be approx 100 km.
• Building and nurturing strong client relationships to drive product sales.
• Converting high-revenue leads into successful sales.
• Retaining customers to encourage repeat business.
• Identifying potential customers, planning visits, managing accounts, and closing deals.
• Maintaining detailed records in CRM systems, including customer information, visit reports, price quotes, and correspondence.
• Developing and implementing business plans to achieve sales targets.
Desired Profile: • Educational Background: Graduate in any discipline (engineering graduates preferred).
• Experience: Prior experience in field sales is essential.
• Skills: Proficiency in spoken English is mandatory.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with e-commerce processes and CRM tools like Zoho CRM or Salesforce is a plus.
• Personality Traits: Highly analytical, self-motivated, and results-driven individuals are preferred.
