We are looking for a skilled Field Compliance Coordinator to join their team to assist their clients within the Oil and Energy industry. As a member of the team, the Field Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that production sites and field operations are in compliance with all regulatory requirements. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures for all production sites
• Monitor and audit field compliance
• Collect, analyze, and distribute data on compliance performance
• Manage internal and external audits, including communication and follow-up of findings
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve compliance issues
• Stay current on regulatory requirements and industry trends
• Train field personnel on compliance policies and procedures

• BS in safety or equivalent with a minimum of 8 years in experience as HSE coordinator
• Relevant experience in Oil and Gas Project Management Engineering, Experience in EPC phases(engineering, material procurement, Construction management) emphasis in construction management.
• Preferred certificate - OSHA for safety background
• Strong understanding of compliance regulations in the Oil and Energy industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other related software
