Nature of work:

Field Chemist: 1. To supervise BMC workers' personal hygiene, cleaning and sanitization of plant and equipment as per SOPs/ WIs before and after milk collection.

2. Responsible to understand specification pertaining to raw milk and chilled milk, adherence to sampling, testing and approved test methods during reception, storage and dispatch of milk.

3. Responsible for laboratory management, reagent preparation, upkeep and maintenance of laboratory equipment's/ reagents, timely calibration of equipment's, understand and adhere GLP and good documentation practices

4. Responsible for timely analysis and reporting test results to Area Officer.

5. Supervise incoming vehicles in terms of hygienic conditions and reporting time.

6. Disposal of waste chemicals / reagents and preserved samples with due information to Area Officer.

Mandatory: Having 2-wheeler and valid driving license / LLR.
